By creating an account or using SentryVo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SentryVo. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any content or account information you submit relates to your own lawful, consensual work.
SentryVo provides automated scanning for potentially infringing copies of a subscriber's content, attempts DMCA takedown notices on the subscriber's behalf using information you provide, and reports on what was found and what action was taken.
SentryVo does not guarantee removal of any content. Whether a host, platform, or search engine actually acts on a notice is entirely up to that third party. We also do not guarantee that our automated scans find every instance of leaked or infringing content — coverage depends on what our scanning tools can index and access at the time of each scan.
You're responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including:
Submitting a false claim of ownership is a serious matter. Every DMCA notice filed on your behalf includes a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. Knowingly submitting a false claim can carry real legal consequences for you directly, separate from anything SentryVo does, and is grounds for immediate termination of your account.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for these transactions. First-time subscribers may receive a discounted first payment as advertised at checkout; the plan renews at full price afterward unless cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not charge for future periods after cancellation. Payments are non-refundable once processed. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Automated takedown attempts are best-effort. We do not control third-party hosts, platforms, or search engines, and cannot guarantee they will act on a notice, or how quickly. Some hosts may not respond at all. Our "removed" status in your dashboard reflects a technical check (the content no longer being reachable at the reported URL) and is a signal, not absolute proof of removal everywhere it may have been copied.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, submits false ownership claims, or is used for harassment or abuse. You may cancel your own account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abbottabad, Pakistan.
